Beyond the ordinary
🌀 What Is Ketamine Integration Therapy?
Ketamine integration therapy is talk-based, somatic, and intuitive support that happens before or after a ketamine session—never during. I do not provide or administer ketamine. Instead, I help you:
Prepare emotionally and psychologically before a session
Process the thoughts, feelings, and sensations that arise afterward
Ground the experience into your nervous system and life
Release what no longer serves you—grief, shame, fear, or trauma patterns
Reclaim your authentic self, purpose, and healing path

My role is to help you prepare emotionally, set clear intentions, and process the experience afterward using grounding practices, somatic therapy, and mindfulness.
💫 This Work Is for You If:
• You’ve had a ketamine session and feel emotionally raw, confused, or ungrounded
• You want to understand what came up for you during the experience
• You feel ready to make changes but need guidance on where to begin
• You’ve used ketamine in a clinical or spiritual setting and want meaningful integration
•You want a therapist who honors both science and soul
A Safe Space for Healing Women
I specialize in working with women who are navigating trauma, grief, burnout, emotional dysregulation, or spiritual awakening. My sessions are trauma-informed, deeply respectful, and paced to your comfort.
“Ketamine may open the door. Integration is how we walk through it.”
My Approach
What sets my work apart is the depth and compassion I bring. In our sessions, we may draw upon:
• Somatic practices to release stored trauma from the body
• Inner child work to revisit and heal root emotional wounds
• Parts work (IFS-style) to give voice to all aspects of your experience
• Hypnosis & guided imagery for subconscious support
• Mindfulness, breathwork, and meditation
• Shadow work & spiritual processing (upon request)
• Psycho education on trauma, neuroplasticity, and recov

I bring a unique holistic lens as an LPC-S and RN, combining brain-body healing, breathwork, and trauma-informed care to support nervous system regulation and lasting emotional growth.
Note: I do not prescribe or supervise ketamine use. Ketamine must be administered by a licensed physician, psychiatrist, or nurse practitioner.

Skills & Motivational Interviewing: Building Lasting Change After Ketamine Therapy
During integration sessions, you’ll not only explore what surfaced during your ketamine experience—you’ll also develop practical tools to carry your healing forward. Many women feel deeply moved after ketamine treatment but unsure of what to do next. That’s where skills and structure come in.
I use a combination of:
